OK BREATHING METHOD

2009 Student Edition

(1)   Ensure fresh air and a tranquil surrounding.

(2)  Smiling Expression: Sit or stand upright with a smile.

(3) Relaxation: Swing the whole body slowly and softly sideways left/ right and then forward/ backward.  

(4) Breathing: Use the nose to breath naturally.

(5) Counting The Breaths:

A. Raise left hand, touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of index finger making an OK sign, breath 3 times.

B. Raise right hand, touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of index finger making an OK sign. breath 3 times.

(6) Pulling Qi: Hold the two open palms facing each other slightly apart in front of the abdomen. Very slowly and softly open them apart and then close back. Breathe out when drawing the palms apart and breathe in when closing the palms. Do this 3 times.

(7)  Ending: Rub the palms together and then massage the face, both hands and the abdomen.
